Some things you should keep in mind

• The first thing you want to do is make sure you have the capability to listen to orders and take being yelled at if you do something incorrectly. LEO isn't the easiest place in the world.

• Next, be sure you are able to be active on the server as activity is key to promotions in all departments.

• After you’ve thought it through and decided you still want to join Cooley Roleplay’s LEO, you’ll have to attend training. Yes.. just attend training and you’ll be able to join your desired department. We believe that applications are a waste of time and we want you to have as much fun as possible on our servers.

• But since we don’t allow applications and instantly allow you to join LEO training, you are placed in higher-standards, meaning that it is possible to fail training. All you have to do is actually pay attention and listen to the FTOs.

How to attend an LEO training session

Training varies on when they start depending on who the FTO is. Each training is announced in the government discord, then you’d have to go to the #department-selection channel and choose what you want to become! It’s highly recommended to keep an eye on that so you’ll be able to see when the next training is and attend it!
